1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wins63 ("wins63", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wins63.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the wins63 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by wins63, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slot machines, sports betting, bingo, sabong, virtual games, promotional offers, and any customer support interactions. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the wins63 website at wins63.net, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and features made available therein.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the wins63 Platform.
• "Player Funds" means the PHP balance held in a Player's wins63 Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus funds that have completed applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins equivalents, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by wins63 prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request at any time.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under applicable law or these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use wins63. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law governing online gaming. wins63 employs age verification measures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) wins63 Account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wins63 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with accounts opened in breach of this rule.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the wins63 registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number linked to your GCash or Maya account. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. wins63 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

wins63 is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using wins63 is lawful in your jurisdiction. wins63 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions may result in immediate Account suspension.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wins63 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. wins63 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you, and will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your wins63 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wins63 customer support immediately at [email protected]. wins63 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected unauthorised Account activity.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

wins63 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at wins63's reasonable discretion, you may be required to submit identity documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wins63 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of PHP 100 to inactive Account balances after this period. You will be notified by the contact details registered on your Account prior to any such fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance following the inactivity period may be closed at wins63's discretion.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wins63 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise expressly stated. wins63 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on wins63 is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and Account verification status. wins63 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which wins63 is not responsible.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to wins63 are reviewed and processed within two (2) hours during normal operating hours. Funds are transferred to your nominated GCash or Maya wallet following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are subject to standard banking processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. wins63 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same wins63 Account, or to a method verified under the Account KYC process. wins63 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Player Funds may not be withdrawn while a pending wagering requirement from an accepted Bonus is outstanding, unless the Player elects to forfeit the Bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, wins63 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and sports betting boosts. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your wins63 Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry date will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wins63 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; using automated software to complete wagering requirements; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. wins63 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was issued.

7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

wins63 offers live dealer casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and other gaming products. The availability of specific games and markets may vary and is subject to change at wins63's discretion, including for reasons of maintenance, licensing, or regulatory compliance. wins63 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or telecommunications failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, wins63 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. wins63's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game display errors, or calculation errors — are void and will not be paid.

7.3 Sports Betting — Settlement

Sports betting markets on wins63 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for each sport and competition. In the case of disputed results, wins63 may delay settlement pending confirmation from the official source. Bets on events that are postponed or abandoned may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport as published in the wins63 sportsbook rules.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on wins63. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. wins63 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Player Account at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest the exploitation of promotional offers or software errors.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wins63 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, or device;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with wins63 games, betting markets, or the Platform in any way;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or wins63 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or other technical vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using wins63 for the purpose of money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Impersonating another person or entity, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards wins63 staff or other players via customer support or any other communication channel;
• Attempting to access or interfere with wins63's systems, servers, databases, or network infrastructure without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wins63 Platform — including but not limited to the wins63 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, user interface designs, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the property of wins63 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wins63 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any wins63 content; scrape or extract data from the Platform by automated means; or use the wins63 brand, name, or logo in any manner without prior written consent from wins63.

Any unauthorised use of wins63 intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action. Third-party game content (e.g., JILI, PG Soft, Spadegaming titles) remains the property of the respective game providers and is subject to their licensing terms.

10 Privacy & Data

wins63's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the wins63 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the wins63 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, wins63 collects personal information necessary for Account registration, KYC compliance, transaction processing, and the provision of customer support. wins63 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wins63 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wins63 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; interruption of service; errors in game outcomes corrected under Section 7.2; or losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account.

wins63's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their wins63 Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wins63's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by wins63's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The wins63 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wins63 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

12 Responsible Gaming

wins63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Filipino player community. We acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours. wins63 takes its obligations in this area seriously and provides the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps from your Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on wins63 for a specified duration.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by wins63

wins63 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account has been used in breach of these Terms; the Account is the subject of a regulatory inquiry or law enforcement request; there is suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity associated with the Account; or the security of the Account or the Platform is at risk.

13.2 Termination by wins63

wins63 may permanently close your Account and terminate your access to the Platform: following a finding of material breach of these Terms; where continued operation of the Account would expose wins63 to regulatory or legal risk; or where you have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point. Upon termination for cause, wins63 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and to withhold Player Funds pending investigation, subject to applicable Philippine law.

13.3 Termination by You

You may close your wins63 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Verified Player Funds will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the wins63 Platform or these Terms.

wins63 operates in alignment with the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the primary regulatory body for gaming activities in the Philippines. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any representation that wins63 holds any specific licence number; Players should contact wins63 support for current regulatory status information.

15 Amendments

wins63 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or by prominent notice on the wins63 Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights) may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the wins63 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent effective date displayed at the top of this page is the version that governs your use of wins63 at any given time. Prior versions of the Terms are available on request from customer support.
